1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Callgraph.io ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Description of Service

Callgraph.io provides a platform for visualizing and codebases (the "Service"). You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access may involve third party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges).

3. User Account

If you create an account on the Service, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account. You must immediately notify Callgraph.io of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. You may not share an account with any other person.

4. Communications

By creating an account on our Service, you agree that we may send you transactional emails, newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information. You may opt out of receiving promotional and marketing communications by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

5. Payments

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

All purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, except as required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Callgraph.io and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark laws.

7. Code Analysis Data

Callgraph.io analyzes code that you submit or point to. We respect your intellectual property rights. By using the Service, you grant us a license to access and analyze the code solely for the purpose of providing the visualization and explanation features of the Service. We do not claim ownership of your code.

8. Content Disclaimer

While callgraph.io strives to offer only content of the highest caliber, we do not guarantee that the Content is accurate or complete. Your use of or reliance on any Content is at your own risk.

9. Private Projects

For private projects submitted to the Service, we undertake reasonable measures to ensure confidentiality and security of the code. We do not share your private code with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., cloud hosting providers) or as required by law.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
